When someone says, “Oh, oh, here comes the fun police,” people don’t typically get excited thinking the party’s about to get started. These folks tend to enjoy imposing rules and controlling the actions of others, just trying to blow off steam and have some fun. We all have had a run-in with these downers. And many of us had even been fussed at by one of these self-appointed sheriffs of the fun police for daring to have “too much fun.” But what if being a member of the fun police actually meant you loved having fun?
Thankfully, there’s at least one officer out there who wants to prove that members of the law enforcement community know how to have a good time like everyone else. There’s a brand new recruitment video that seeks to police in a whole new light. The Git Up challenge has become one of America’s hottest new trends that have folks across the internet boot scootin’ across floors all over America. And police departments across the nation are taking up the challenge as well, putting out videos to showcase their dance floor skills. And it seems that Blanco Brown’s “Git Up Song” has created yet another viral internet sensation in the form of one hunky boot tappin’ officer whose Git Up Challenge video getting folks a little heated up.

The officer’s name is Deputy Estrada, a Texas officer with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department, and he’s kicking his heels in what is fast becoming one of the sexiest recruitment videos on the internet.
And let’s just say it seems to be working — in a manner of speaking. So far they’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback, such as:
“My 70th Bday is coming up in Sept , are you available ?? ❤”

And people in the YouTube comment section are not shy about piling on the praise for this officer’s good looks. Perhaps he didn’t even need to bother dancing?

But, one thing is clear; his slick dance skills certainly don’t hurt. In fact, it adds a couple of points to his dreaminess factor.
After watching his performance in the video, we can see that his moves are timed to the music perfectly, while the deputy always maintains his cool, calm, and relaxed demeanor. He also rocks a kind of steady swagger that’s earning him mountains of heart emojis. And he pulls all of it off with a fun-loving, casual Texas grin that’s making people lose it!
