Over the years, the movies we love have portrayed some incredible moments. These scenes can bring out all kinds of emotions from an audience. For example, some scenes make us laugh, while others will turn on the waterworks every time we watch them. Being able to move an audience is the primary job of any movie. Those that can do this one thing can end up winning acclaimed awards, while those that cannot probably end up in the dollar bin at your local Walmart. But one type of scene moves audiences in a different way (sometimes literally), and those are dance scenes.
Now, for actors, they have to learn a variety of skills sometimes to play a role. For instance, they may have to learn how to play an instrument or martial arts or speak another language. And then some movies require the actors to learn how to dance. Like singing, dancing can be a challenging skill to pick up in just a few weeks. But they train very hard to make themselves look like professionals for those few magical minutes on the screen. Recently, someone put together a mashup of dance scenes from some of our favorite classic movies and set them all to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling.” And, the result was simply magical.
I tell you, folks, watching the dance scene from Pulp Fiction set to this song just feels so right!
