They sometimes use the saying "What you see is what you get.” It typically means that you better believe what you see because that is what you are getting. Of course, we also realize that what we see is not always what we get and at times, we may not see exactly everything that is in front of us.



 Why is that? Typically, it’s because we tend to look at the big picture and we don’t get caught up in the minutia of the moment. At the same time, however, it is important to recognize that the details do matter because that is where the issue often lies. In the picture that you see below, there are some things that are out of place. Most people tend to miss them, either because they are a big picture person or because they think the issues they see are too obvious to mention. What do you see when you look at the picture?
