These Tricky Puzzles All Have One Odd One Out, and People Are Struggling

Have you ever wondered why people enjoy hidden object puzzles? For one thing, it’s a good way to pass the time, and they’re fun. However, the fact is that our brains love a challenge. Did you know that? While people take their ability to see for granted, the eyes actually work in tandem with the brain to help figure things out. When similar objects are all grouped together and there’s only one that’s different, we have to think extra hard about it because the eyes just quickly scan over these types of puzzles. To find the odd one out, you have to think hard. But more than thinking hard, to solve these kinds of puzzles, we have to slow down and go row by row to try to find the one that’s different. When our eyes take in information, the brain is biologically geared to interpret it. However, when the eyes say that they’re sending over a bunch of sixes, for example, we have to slow down a minute to re-think it while the eyes slowly scan row by row.
